The Garni Rumanc and Apartments Salares are located in a very strategic position only a few meters from the Rasciesa cable car and Seceda, which give you direct access to the famous Sellaronda. Also the cable car of Alpe di Siusi can be reached by foot straight from the house. The town center can be reached within a few minutes of walking using the public escalator that connects the Seceda station to downtown. Leave your car in the parking lot and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Ortisei.

Winter

Val Gardena is known world wide for the perfectly prepares ski slopes. The famous Sellaronda gives you access to over 1.200 km of ski slopes, a true skier’s paradise. Directly in front of the Garni Rumanc you will find the cable car or Rasciesa, which offers a nice sledding slope. The Christmas village of Ortisei has also become famous in the past years, as it transforms Ortisei in an idyllic Christmas fairytale. It is open from early December to early January.

Summer

During the summer, you have a plethora of activities to chose from during your stay in Ortisei. From hiking, mountainbiking, climbing to paragliding or just enjoying the beautiful views, everything can be done right here. Visit us at the Garni Rumanc or Apartments Salares and enjoy the wonderful views of the Dolomites. One of the favorite short hiking excursions of our guests is the walk to the “Val D’Anna”, which starts right in front of the house.
